"I am a critic of M-1 as an organization because of their management and negotiation tactics. As far as a fight organization, M-1 is one of the best in the world. With many MMA organizations barely pulling a profit in the days of UFC dominance, M-1 has been one of the top fight organizations, successfully promoting events in Europe, Asia, and North America.
The next Challenge event is perhaps their best yet with an extremely deep under card and two great championship fights. Below you'll find the fight card."

With all fighters making their required weights, M-1 Challenge XXV’s full card is set to entertain fans around the world on Thursday night. The action from inside the Ice Palace in St. Petersburg, Russia can be seen LIVE online on the official M-1 Global website,
www.M-1Global.com and M-1 Global facebook fan page starting at 11:30am EST / 8:30am PST. Reigning Welterweight Champion (170 Lbs) Shamil Zavurov (19-1) is intent on successfully defending his belt for the second time against the technically sound fighting style of legitimate prospect, Yasubey Enomoto (6-2) while Vinny Magalhaes (7-5) and Viktor Nemkov (10-2) square off for the vacant light heavyweight (205 Lbs) strap.

M-1 Global Director of Operations, Evgeni Kogan was eager to discuss Thursday night’s card. “As Europe’s leading mixed martial arts promotion, we’ve been receiving continuous positive feedback about the matchups being put on. M-1 Challenge XXV is going to showcase incredible bouts featuring credible rising stars; from Zavurov versus Enomoto to Magalhaes and Nemkov, fans can expect few decisions in favor of fighters electing to control their own destinies inside the ring. This card is looking to be one of our best to date.”
