Road FC 005! Night Of Champions

Road FC 005 will take place on December 3rd in Seoul, Jangchung Gymnasium and will contain the last two quarterfinals of the Road FC -84kg tournament.

Denis Kang will take on the tough as nails Shungo Oyama in one quarterfinal and Jong Dae Kim will take on Dool Hee Lee, who I believe is 4-0 at Middleweight, in the other.

In an awesome Lightweight super fight the heavy handed Ui Cheol Nam will take on world-class striker Vuyisile Colossa who you might remember from the first One FC event.

In a -88kg super fight Bernard Ackah, who lived in Korea while studying Taekwondo, will battle heavy-handed Jae Young Kim.

And in a Bantamweight super fight the experienced Kyung Ho Kang will face the young up-and-comer Min Jung Song.

Very good card thus far.

Road FC Young Guns 1 will take place the same day in the same arena, starting at 5:30 PM.

New Years 2011 Event Will Happen

Any questions regarding whether or not the 2011 New Years show would take place have been answered today, sources with the production outlet confirmed to MMA-JAPAN. The name, however, has yet to be decided upon. The words "DREAM New Years Eve" was the phrase used when speaking on the matter.

As you will recall, at the past DREAM event, it was referred to as Yarrenoka, the 2007 one off NYE event that preceded DREAM. It is rather certain that the show will NOT be called Dynamite!!
